AutoCOR EDI Software
Streamline the flow of data communication with secure B2B Electronic Data Interchange.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is the exchange of business information using a standard format which allows one company to securely send documents to another company.
AIM handles all ANSI ASC X.12, UN/EDIFACT, Odette and VDA formats through various protocols for OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 and sub-tiers. Protocols include Direct Connect, Value Added Networks (VANs), use of Cleo LexiCom and others.
EDI Process controls provide the ability to set parameters to process documents based on trading partner business logic and specifications. This is fully integrated for more than 450 trading partners, so you don’t have to worry about EDI mapping.
The ability to manage changing forecasts, releases, CUMs, and ASNs is critical. EDI interprets those changes, giving you more control over orders, releases, forecasts and more.
What It Does
Customer EDI and Supplier EDI
Includes Customer and Supplier EDI connecting the entire supply chain with electronic data interchange and complies with IATF 16949 and MMOG/LE requirements.
Manage EDI Integration
EDI mail messages confirm electronic data has been successfully received. Exception reporting identifies information that needs attention prior to being processed. Transaction reports show data in an east to read format. Email notifications and alerts advise of data receipt, exceptions and changes so you can manage EDI from anywhere, at anytime.
Control All Aspects of EDI Communication
Monitor successful completion of events, EDI communication processes, and ASN transmissions and provide a quick method to manually send and receive EDI through the EDI Interactive Dashboard.
Save Time with Auto Schedule EDI Events
Scheduling inbound EDI means updates can occur during off hours, saving resource time and having demand requirements ready for the start of the day.
Capture and Apply Reference Data
Comply with trading partner EDI and bar code requirements by capturing reference data from inbound EDI and utilizing it on bar code labels and in outbound ASNs (advanced shipment notifications).
Supports non-EDI formats
Eliminate manual processing of non-EDI orders (faxes, emails, portal exports, etc.) using pre-formatted formulas to convert data into standard X.12 830 Material Releases that are processed and integrate into the Order Management system.
